MAT is our mat based pilates class, it is fantastic to help clients maintain their posture, core control and stability and generally help prevent injuries. This is particularly suited for clients with only minor niggles that are not too easily irritated but benefit from improved posture and control. Sedentary office workers, we are looking at you!
This is a general class, led by a Physiotherapist to ensure good technique and who can easily provide progressions or regressions for the individual to ensure safety and suitability for the level of the participant. This class has a maximum of 8 participants and varies from session to session.
Due to the Private Health Insurance changes that occurred in April 2019, this class is not claimable with your private health fund.
