Alice graduated from La Trobe University with a Masters of Physiotherapy and has gone on to complete a Graduate Certificate of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at La Trobe University. Alice has also completed APPI Clinical Mat and Equipment Pilates training.
Alice was drawn to a career in Physiotherapy from a passion for health and wellness and the effect physical fitness can have on all aspects of life.
Alice started her career within the public health system, most recently at Royal Melbourne Hospital. During this time she gained experience across many areas of physiotherapy including musculoskeletal, orthopaedics, neurology and cardiorespiratory, managing people across the lifespan from all different backgrounds and timepoints of their health journey. Alice has also worked in private practice and taught clinical pilates. She has a passion for correct alignment and movement patterns whilst progressing overall strength and mobility. Alice has a keen interest in musculoskeletal presentations including neck pain, osteoarthritis, lower limb presentations and chronic disease management.
Alice has a strong belief in a holistic approach to health and uses her physiotherapy skills alongside her empathetic nature to empower people to become the best physical version of themselves. Alice is committed to helping you overcome the various health challenges that you face so that you can return to what you love doing.
Outside of work Alice loves gardening, keeping fit through netball, gym and pilates, and spending time with family on the coast.
