Remedial Massage Therapy

< Back to Services

Remedial massage takes a therapeutic hands-on approach to assist with muscular pain, dysfunction and tension that can arise from a consequence of injury, or just the stresses of every-day life.

Remedial Massage therapy employs a range of techniques including soft and deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, cupping, myofascial stretching, muscle energy techniques and active/passive stretching.

Remedial massage therapy is highly beneficial for general health prevention and maintenance, as well as mental wellbeing. It is especially valuable when working in conjunction with other mediums, such as physiotherapy, for a holistic approach to injury rehabilitation or chronic pain management.
