LOAD classes at Reload Physio are a Strength and Rehab class where all participants work through their own personalised exercise program to help recover from their injury.
Our Physiotherapists will develop your exercise program and supervise your progress session to session to help you achieve your goals. All classes are run by a qualified Physiotherapist so you can have confidence that any injury is being appropriately loaded to return to full fitness.
Prior to attending our LOAD classes, all attendees require one-on-one Strength and Rehab Session/s with our Physiotherapist in order to develop a personalised program, or, to have been transitioned to LOAD classes from their treating physiotherapist. We want you to achieve the best outcomes possible from LOADing.
LOAD classes are a perfect option for injuries that need strength, or to build confidence before returning to the gym, sport or full work duties.
LOAD classes are claimable with your Private Health Insurance.
