LOAD classes at Reload Physio are supervised small group classes with an emphasis on strength and conditioning using functional training. We cater to all skill levels and abilities with up to 6 people per class.  

Our physiotherapists have experience in strength and conditioning and with your input we will develop a targeted, evidence-based program just for you. Your program will be designed to maximise training efficiency and reduce injury risk.  

The classes are structured so that you will have a combination of primary individualised strength-based exercises for your condition followed by functional secondary exercises which may be done together as a group. 

This program is designed so that we can consistently track and measure your strength gains while also adding a bit of variety to your workout.  

Before you join your first LOAD class, please have a chat with your Reload physio. They will need to design your individualised program, teach you the correct lifting technique, and also screen for other aches and pains that may require addressing before you can transition into a class.
