I am a Physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from Monash University and have also completed my APPI (Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute) training. I am passionate about helping people understand their bodies, build confidence in movement, and feel stronger in their everyday lives.

I have a particular interest in women’s health across the different stages of life, including working with women through perimenopause and menopause. I enjoy supporting women through the physical changes that can occur during these stages, with a focus on maintaining strength, mobility, confidence, and overall wellbeing. I believe exercise and strength training play an important role in supporting women throughout life, and I enjoy helping patients develop sustainable movement and exercise habits that work for them.

I also have a strong interest in strength and resistance training, clinical Pilates, and the assessment and rehabilitation of gym-related injuries. I enjoy working with people who are active and want to continue doing the activities they love, whether that involves returning to the gym following an injury, improving their strength and movement, or working towards specific performance goals.

My approach to physiotherapy is individualised and exercise-focused. I aim to work collaboratively with each patient to understand their goals, identify the factors contributing to their symptoms, and develop a treatment and rehabilitation plan that is practical and achievable. I enjoy combining physiotherapy treatment with targeted exercise to help patients not only recover from injury, but also build the strength and confidence to reduce the risk of future problems.

Outside of work, I am a competitive bodybuilder, which reflects my personal passion for strength training and has given me a strong appreciation for the role that resistance training can play in building strength, confidence, and physical resilience. I enjoy bringing this personal experience, alongside my clinical knowledge, into my work with patients.
