Brooke is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) consulting at Reload Physio Brunswick, with a strong interest in supporting individuals across the lifespan to optimise their health, wellbeing, and quality of life through evidence-based nutrition care. She is passionate about helping people develop sustainable nutrition habits that support both long-term health and individual performance goals.
Brooke completed a Bachelor of Nutrition Science followed by a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics at Monash University. She has gained valuable experience across hospital, community, public health, private practice, and research settings, working with diverse patient populations and a wide range of nutrition-related conditions.
She provides nutrition support for a variety of concerns, including chronic disease management, gastrointestinal health, weight management, healthy ageing, and general nutrition for disease prevention and wellbeing. Brooke has a particular interest in supporting individuals with osteoporosis and osteopenia, helping them optimise nutrition to support bone health, preserve muscle mass, reduce fracture risk, and complement their exercise and rehabilitation programs.
Brooke also works with active individuals and athletes seeking to improve performance, recovery, training adaptation, and body composition through practical and evidence-based sports nutrition strategies.
Her consultations include comprehensive nutrition assessments, personalised nutrition care plans, ongoing monitoring, and tailored education to help clients achieve meaningful and sustainable outcomes. Brooke takes a holistic and collaborative approach, considering each individual's lifestyle, health status, exercise demands, and personal goals to deliver realistic, achievable nutrition advice that can be integrated into everyday life.
She is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centred care and works closely with the multidisciplinary team at Reload to support the best possible outcomes for her clients
