Rachael graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Doctor of Physiotherapy and enjoys helping people move well and live well at every stage of life. With additional training in Clinical Pilates and dry needling, she combines hands-on treatment with tailored exercise and education to support meaningful, long-term results.

Rachael has a keen interest in Women’s health, lower limb injuries and exercise for health ageing. She has worked with a broad range of clients and understands the unique needs that come with each life stage. She takes the time to understand each person’s story, tailoring care that fits not only their goals but also their lifestyle and values. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, navigating life changes, or aiming to stay active and strong, Rachael offers personalised, supportive care that meets you where you are.

Outside of the clinic, you’ll find Rachael at yoga, trying a new cuisine or enjoying a long bush walk in the hills.
