Cleo is the newest friendly face at Reload Physio’s front desk! Joining the team part-time while she finishes school, Cleo brings over three years of customer service experience and a natural flair for making people feel welcome.

With her upbeat energy and love for socialising, Cleo helps create a vibrant and approachable atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors. When she’s not greeting clients or keeping things running smoothly at reception, you’ll likely find her dancing, hanging out with friends, or keeping her dad Marcus (Reload’s practice owner) on his toes with some classic teenage sass.
