Our RUN group has a focus on improving your technique, led by a Physiotherapist who is overseeing your technique and giving you cues to improve your form while running.
These are held at Princes Park in Carlton.
RUN is suited for runners of all abilities and in order to get the most from it, we recommend attending after having had an in-clinic Running Assessment with one of our Physiotherapists. RUN also includes warm up drills, core exercises and lots of encouragement.
While technique is the primary focus with RUN, you will definitely get a good workout too. Typically 3-8km is covered in this 1 hour session, depending on the individual speed, any injuries and the planned running workout for that session.
