Our founder, and ex-principal physio Marcus has been the coach at this Recreational Run Club at Princes Park Brunswick running group since 2015.

In late 2024, we have added Physio Christiaan Weitsz to help run the sessions and Elite Runner, Kate Avery setting our session programming.

These sessions are held twice a week with the focus on improving fitness, speed and endurance. These sessions are structured so that no-one is left behind, but also no-one is held back. Runners of all speeds are welcome, but a reasonable level of running fitness is required. 

If you are looking for a group of keen runners in the northern suburbs Melbourne, all striving to be better, then this is worth a try.

Typically, 6-10km is covered in this 1-hour session.
