TEENS class

TEEN Classes at Reload

Reload's TEENS Class is designed to provide a fun and engaging way for teens to learn good exercise technique, prevent injuries, and enhance their sports performance. Developed by our Physio team, the class offers a variety of activities that incorporate strength training, plyometrics, cardiovascular exercise, and movement control.

Participants will learn fundamental movements including Squat, Hinging and Pressing, how to use common gym equipment to build confidence in a gym environment, while also minimising risk of common injuries associated with sport and physical activity.

This class is perfect for teens of all fitness levels who are looking to improve their health, increase their athletic abilities, and have a great time while doing so!

Newbies- we recommend coming 10-15mins early to your first class for a brief screening to let us know a bit about you. Current or previous injuries need to be disclosed so we can prevent any aggravation.

This is NOT…

A class that focusses on looks, or is competitive, or is targetted to only sporty kids, this is inclusive for all.

We will not be ‘smashing’ the kids with HIIT training, but they will get a good workout and learn along the way. This will set them up to become confident, independent gym goers in the future and helping them achieve their physical goals, whatever they may be!
